The orchestrator(s) (the guides, coaches, facilitators, etc) practice and share while the apprentice (you) observes in silence and watches from afar, grasps the materials, and learns at his own pace.

1. The discovery call

Our first call together takes 30-60 minutes and is not a leadership+ call. Before we dive in, we need to understand what you want to learn, what problems you want to solve, and what goals you want to achieve.

3. Ongoing sessions

We will focus on a specific goal that we’ve set during the first session and work towards it. However, as we progress through time, you may discover new areas to work on or shift priorities. If there is anything specific you would like to cover in an upcoming session, just let us know ahead of time.

5. Onwards and upwards

I have worked with some clients for a few months and others for several years. If after 12 weeks you are hungry for more, we can set new goals and work together on these.

2. Follow-up (curriculum)*

Within a few days of your first call, we will create a custom-made plan for our first few sessions together, ensuring we are meeting your needs and anything else we may have agreed on in our first session (such as homework).

4. Completing goals

There will come a point when you will have achieved some or all of the goals we set earlier. We usually have a mid-way goal review after 6-7 weeks to assess which goals have been completed, which still need more work, and where relevant, any changes that we need to make to progress further.

To set clear expectations:

  1. We will start with a 12-week deep dive coaching call series, starting with 60 - 90min per week.

  2. We may agree on a different frequency (this would naturally change the price).

  3. We can only take 3 - 5 people at a time since we want to make sure that we produce quality results for our customers.

  4. This is a big investment from us to you as well, we want to make sure that we give a 1000% of our attention to you if you give us 100% of your efforts.
